Product Advantages:
MS series aluminum shell three-phase asynchronous motor is an improved product of Y2 series aluminum shell three-phase asynchronous motor.
The size is consistent with the power level and Y2 series motors.
Advantages of MS series aluminum shell three-phase asynchronous motors:
High efficiency and energy saving, large starting torque, low noise, reasonable structure, reliable operation, convenient installation and use, and at the same time have a cleaner appearance, better heat dissipation performance and lighter weight.
MS series aluminum shell three-phase asynchronous motors have the same service conditions as Y2 series motors and are manufactured according to the 3rd level of energy efficiency stipulated in my country's national standard GB18613-2012, which is equivalent to the International Electrotechnical Commission IE2 high-efficiency standard
allow.
Product Details:
◆Site conditions
MS series motors are suitable for most occasions and environments. The standard working condition of the motor is -20C to +40C, and the altitude is 1000 meters.
◆Temperature rise and insulation
The motor is designed according to F-class insulation (155C), and according to B-class insulation assessment (80K), the service life and reliability of the motor are guaranteed.
◆Cooling and ventilation
The standard cooling method is Totally Enclosed Fan Cooling (TEFC). Standard motors are fitted with flow-through plastic fans. Conforms to 1C411 in 1EC 60034-6.
◆Protection level
The protection class of the motor is 1P55 and can be used in dusty or humid environments. Motors with higher protection levels can also be provided according to customer requirements.
◆Motor protection
Winding and bearing temperature measurement and protection devices such as PTC and PT100 can be installed according to requirements.
◆Voltage, frequency
The standard motor is 380V/50HZ. A 50Hz motor with any voltage within the range of 200- -660V can be designed. It can still work well when the power supply voltage deviates from the rated voltage by ±5%.
◆Vibration
The vibration speed grade of MS series motors meets Class A when they are no-loaded. Class B motors are available upon special request.
◆Junction box position
The terminal box is on the top or right side of the machine base for standard MS series motors.
◆Quality Assurance
From product design to product delivery, follow the IS09001 quality certification system and strictly abide by the quality procedures.
