Product Description:
Y2EJ series electromagnetic brake motor is a fully enclosed self-fan-cooled squirrel-cage three-phase asynchronous motor. This series of motors is designed according to IEC standards and has the advantages of large starting torque, compact structure, rapid braking, reliable operation, high efficiency and energy saving, and low noise. In addition, the motor is designed with a manual release structure, which can be used for both electromagnetic braking and manual operation, which is convenient for users to debug and use.
Y2EJ series electromagnetic brake motors are suitable for various types of mechanical equipment that require a quick stop, accurate positioning, repeated operation, frequent start, and anti-skid as power, such as elevators, reducers, transportation machinery, packaging machinery, food machinery, printing machinery, etc.
Principle and structure: The DC disc brake of the Y2EJ series electromagnetic brake motor is installed on the non-shaft extension end of the motor. When the motor is connected to the power supply, the brake starts to work. Under the action of electromagnetic attraction, the electromagnet attracts the armature and compresses the spring, making the moving plate is disengaged from the armature and the end cover, and the motor starts to run; when the power is cut off, the brake electromagnet loses its attraction, and the spring pushes the armature to press the brake disc. Under the action of friction, the motor stops working immediately. Brakes are pided into two types: energized brakes and power-off brakes. The working principles of the two types of brakes are the same, but the braking process is the opposite.
Y2EJ series motors can be derived from YDEJ series multi-speed brake motors and YVF2EJ series variable frequency brake motors.
